Mente Migrante is a space that offers psychological services for Expats, especially oriented for Spanish and English speakers, since talking about your self in your own language is more comfortable and engaging. We know is not easy to live abroad, come directly to meet us in Amsterdam or on-line through Skype. We have various services, psychological attention, counseling and migra-coaching. And the services can be given individually, for a couple or family. ​ PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES Would you like to talk to some one that really understands you in your own language? We provide a broad range of psychological, counseling and coaching services in relation to your needs, the services are tailored made for you, as an individual, couple or family. Our approach is based on Intercultural Psychology's principles together with Systemic, Gestalt and Mindfulness Tools, to treat each case in particular. Our aim is to help you go through any problem that you are facing or that keeps you from getting the most out of your self and your daily life. Using our services can be useful to free you from past ties or negative behavioral patterns, to develop strategies to solve your problems, or to manage difficult moments of your life abroad. ​ MIGRA-COACHING Are you an expat? just arrived to your new hometown? Migra-Coaching is a type to life-coaching focused on migrants, expats and any one else related to a migration process. It helps you develop the strategies to develop your emotional intelligence, transform your fears into strengths, go through an existential crisis, among many other challenges that you might face as an expat or migrant, based on the cultural context from the country you are living.
