In december 2020 the Meeus-Group is discontinued. The companies were split-up and partly selled. All organisations located in Bergen op Zoom have been sold to logistics service provider H.Essers. The name "Meeus Group" was never deposited but was used only to indicate all the separate companies belonging to a single entity. Headquarters was located in Bergen op Zoom. The different companies, located in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands; Meeus Transport B.V.. Darvi B.V., Mepavex Logistics B.V., Van Egeraat Verhuizingen B.V., Markiezaat Container Terminal B.V.. Located in Vuren, the Netherlands; Hartog & Bikker B.V., Hartog & Bikker Logistics B.V., Bakker & Brouwer B.V.. Located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands; B.G.T. B.V.. Located in France; Meeus France SARL.
