The concept for this company grew from a personal desire to make informed decisions about the non-prescription and prescription medicines that I use. I could not find clear, unbiased information about which products are available on the market. At the same time, I did not know where to find them other than those for sale in my local pharmacy. Was I the only one, or did more people fell the same?

My market research revealed that I was certainly not alone. In particular, young women are most likely willing to research their medical needs. They are also most likely to state that they feel the information is not sufficiently available at their local pharmacy. Another personal driver for this business was my experience as a regular traveller; I often need to order items while on the move. I think medication should not vary wherever you are in the world and information should be trustworthy. This is the gap we are filling.
