With over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, I have built up extensive management expertise in various therapeutic areas, and particularly in oncology and hematology. My career has given me the opportunity to work both locally and internationally, gaining valuable insights into various healthcare systems.

Throughout my career, I have placed a strong focus on patient care and innovation within my field and have developed into a true connector, bringing people and ideas together to create valuable solutions.

In addition, I have over 10 years of experience as a member of management teams, making strategic decisions and leading projects that have improved the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes and services. My leadership style is characterized by open communication, collaboration and a continuous search for improvement.
