Located on the waterfront, Maritim Hotel Amsterdam was designed as a striking, modern landmark with sweeping views, generous public spaces, and a strong architectural presence inspired by its maritime surroundings.

Unfortunately, the hotel has not opened its doors.

Rising 34 storeys above Amsterdam’s skyline, the building on the IJ Waterfront covers a total of 52,000 square meters. It includes 579 bedrooms in various categories, all offering views over the city, as well as a 340-square-meter presidential suite located on the 31st floor.

The hotel features a wellness area on the third floor, accessible through a separate entrance. A large ballroom accommodates up to 2,142 people, while a second ballroom offers capacity for an additional 1,035 guests. Several conference rooms of varying sizes complement these spaces. Together, the facilities on the first three floors can host up to 4,500 participants.

In addition, both hotel guests and local visitors can choose from different restaurants and bars, including a rooftop bar with views over Amsterdam.
