Bij Main-Consult begeleid ik mensen met stress en burn-outklachten, zodat ze uit de constante spanning komen en weer rust, overzicht en vertrouwen in hun lichaam ervaren.

We werken vanuit een combinatie van coaching en lichaamsgericht werken. Niet alleen praten of analyseren, maar ook kijken naar wat er fysiek in het systeem gebeurt en hoe dat doorwerkt in het dagelijks leven.

Geen trucjes of snelle oplossingen, maar een zorgvuldig proces waarin je stap voor stap leert herkennen wat er speelt, daar anders mee om te gaan en weer ruimte te creëren.

At Main-Consult, I support people dealing with stress and burnout to move out of constant tension and regain calm, clarity, and trust in their body.

We work through a combination of coaching and body-based approaches. Not just talking or analyzing, but also paying attention to what is happening physically in the system and how that impacts daily life.

No quick fixes or tricks, but a careful process where you gradually learn to recognize what’s going on, respond differently, and create space again.
