I am a Canadian living abroad in the Netherlands since 2018. I’ve been successfully helping clients and facilitating their self-growth since 2019 with specific experience working with Expats. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, or want to work on reaching your personal goals, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life, as well as teach time management and organizational skills. Individuals, couples and families are all welcome!
