In 2018, 2017 en 2016 viel het Luxor Theater in de prijzen voor meest gastvrije theater van Nederland (door de ANWB leden). In 2017 won Luxor twee nationale Cultuurmarketing Awards. Luxor Theater is ook genomineerd als theater van het jaar 2018/2019. Luxor is het nummer 2 theatermerk in Nederland en nummer 1 in Zuid-Holland.

Luxor is voor de Rotterdammer vaak de eerste aanraking met theater. Luxor is toonaangevend op het gebied van cabaret, musicals en (internationale) theaterconcerten. Luxor is Rotterdams en wil haar publiek optimaal gastvrij ontvangen en verrassen. Luxor is het 16 jaar nieuwe Luxor Theater én het 100 jaar oude Luxor Theater.
