LSH Access Foundation partners with Life Science and Healthcare founders and their boards at critical inflection points — when the science is proven but the business around it needs to be built.

We work with a select group of ventures at a time, focusing on the three areas that most often determine whether a promising innovation succeeds or stalls: > Commercialisation. Pricing, distribution, and go-to-market — built for execution, not for investor decks. > Board governance. Boards that challenge assumptions, cover blind spots, and create enterprise value — not boards that perform alignment. > Operational scaling. Building the infrastructure to expand across European markets and beyond.

Our involvement is hands-on and board-level. We bring operational experience from people who have built healthcare businesses — not theoretical frameworks from people who have studied them.
