Practice for massage therapy. Holistic massage therapy is for everyone. Massage has many healing qualities. My experience has shown my that the most healing quality of massage therapy is that there is someone to listen to your story without prejudice or judgement, that combined with the healing effect of massage is a strong combination. Certain events & circumstances that occur in our lives are sometimes too much for us to be able to deal with. Instead we ignore, deny, repress what we are feeling at the time, often at an unconscious level. These feelings become blocked in your body creating tension, discomfort, stress, ailments and possibly sickness. By creating a safe and non judgemental environment I am able to help you express those feelings what at the time you were unable to express. By expressing blocked feelings and emotions you are setting a process of healing in motion.
