LKL Oceantrade was established in 1990 at first as an independent Brokerage office specialized in Ocean and Coastal towages , heavy lift and project cargo transportation mainly by tug and barge combination and / or self-propelled submersibles or heavy lift tonnage.

Moreover we are specialized as brokers in Chartering, Sale and Purchase of tugs, barges and floating cranes. Upon request we can also provide our services for projects on a turnkey basis including engineering and supervision.

For more than 25 years now we serve our clients such as Dredging, Construction-and Offshore Engineering companies, Shipyards, Ship-owners/managers to great satisfaction and therefore would be more than pleased to assist you in the nearby future.

In order to give a more complete service we have expanded our activities by starting our own agency department as from January 2004. Hence we can offer our services to handle your vessels against competitive agency fees in the Rotterdam + Flushing and its surrounding ports such as Schiedam, Vlaardingen, Dordrecht, Moerdijk but also Amsterdam and IJmuiden.

Ever since our start in 1990, we have been representing companies as agents in towing, salvage, heavy lift, offshore supply services, diving, transportation and submarine activities. The group has a modern and efficient salvage-equipment in its possession and nowadays operating a large fleet consisting of tugs, barges and high quality large AHTS vessels
