About Living Motion

Do you only want to talk about change, or do you really want to make a change?

I am Alexander de Haan and I founded and run my company Living Motion. I support with all operational business, strategic business administration and public administration issues through my combined role of system analyst, participatory teacher, and, coach.

I combine my academic background as an Aerospace Engineer (MSc) and a Social and Organizational Psychologist (MA) with my experiences in practice, research and teaching in Systems Engineering and Policy Analysis, the discipline in which I hold a PhD.

In the trajectories I use Serious Gaming, analysis, observation, coaching, my books, the (online) courses we developed and that I teach at universities, commercial business schools and in educational programs of individual organizations.

I also like to use Serious Gaming for applications such as ‘Serious Teambuilding’ or to develop collaboration skills in higher education. I also train teachers and trainers how to apply Serious Games.

In my company Living Motion, I work with team coaches, teachers, trainers, designers and developers.
