Ruben van der Linde is a 28 year old self-employed (ZZP) implementation manager / developer living in the Amsterdam, The Netherlands. For the last four years Ruben had been employed for several project in different area’s of expertise ranging form hands on development to implementation management. Clients have included small company’s as well an employment agency and an international consultancy firm specialized in educational reform. Ruben is a result driven pro-active young man, that defines success in both professional and personal live as the ability to grow. He love’s to be professionally challenged and to improve his skills. As a true autodidact Ruben is always interested in what more there is to learn and very driven in his personal development. His favourite role is that of a multi-skilled multi-tasker. As an IT developer and coder (from the age of 16) Ruben sport the usual knack of being a process tinkerer, analytical and mathematical kind of person “if it isn’t in the data it isn’t real.” But, besides that he is also pragmatical and love working with people, both colleagues and clients. And a “hands on” kind of person. It’s Ruben’s ambition to work in an organisation that gives ambitious people like himself the room to “go the extra mile” and allows them to proof themselves.
