Hiring recruitment Difficulties with creating (authentic) teams? I have developed a unique approach that will make your teams closer, stronger and more effective. Its based on Human Being Management, instead of human resource management. And most important it's insightful and 'fun' for everyone with less stress and burnouts. So less sick leave for companies and happier employees that stay longer.

Interim management I've got extensive experience in the renewable energy sector as consultant and asset manager. Especially in the operational phase of large solar roofs and parks, sustainable heating and cooling systems for buildings and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
