Welcome to Lift Lake - a new kind of strength studio.

We offer strength training classes in a beautiful and calm environment.

That means no loud music, no screaming, no ego. Just a great workout at a relaxed pace.

We focus on form, safety and growth over time. The key exercises from each class stay the same for a month, so you can perfect your form and challenge yourself on weight each week. This is called progressive overload and it's one of the only ways to build muscle.
