Are you a mother of one or more babies or toddlers and are you sometimes struggling with your role as a parent? Do you sometimes feel stress, overwhelm, anxiety or this nagging sensation of never doing enough, never being enough? Do you feel symptoms of a postpartum depression even? Then I am here to help. In your own language.

Whether your mother tongue is Dutch, English, German or Italian: I can counsel in all of these languages. Speaking about our emotions is always more comfortable in our own language, so feel free to let me know what you prefer. I am used to relate to people with all kinds of cultural backgrounds.
