The environment in which an organization operates is constantly changing. The market, customer requirements, technology and legislation often develop faster than employees can keep up with. That causes tensions. Especially when an organization imposes a change on its employees. If employees have to comply, dissatisfaction, demotivation and resistance arise.

To maintain a strong position and to continue to grow, it is necessary for an organization to respond to changes. How do you ensure that people want to move along? There are two drivers that initiate a change process: necessity and desire. The desire is by far the strongest. That is why we start with a small number of employees who are intrinsically motivated to change their behavior. They are the carriers and drivers of the change process. By responding to everyone's personal needs, motivations and choice processes, they feel seen, heard and appreciated. In this way we create proud employees who are motivated to further shape the intended change. We have therefore set the process of change in motion from the inside. The real change, the breaking of patterns, is up to themselves. If this change takes place, it will also be permanent.
