About LeanTeam

LeanTeam is the Dutch pioneer in QRM, Quick Response Manufacturing. With an origination in Lean Manufacturing, Office Process Improvement, Strategic Purchasing and Engineering a cooperation was formed, aiming at the performance of the complete company. After getting to know QRM and its founder professor Rajan Suri, we found out very soon, that Leanteam was completely organised and working according to the principlesof QRM. Suri's methodology was a perfect fit, and it gave Leanteam the fundamentals to a more consistent and better work approach. Since 2006 Leanteam has built up a huge experience in the implementation of QRM in different dutch companies, offering these companies a competitive advantage and better company result. In the meantime, the close cooperation with Rajan Suri led to the publishing of the first foreign edition of Rajan Suri's management book '​ It's about TIME '​. And it appeared to be the catalyst of a further expansion of QRM into Europe. Leanteam implements QRM in companies. We use training, consultancy, project management, interim management, and coaching. It all depends on the needs and the dedication of these companies. Also implementation on partial fields of expertise like Purchasing, Operation, R&D or Office can be done. We use tools from different strategies to come to a success. Leanteam also published 'the QRM Pocket Book'​, and was the founder of the QRM Master Program, for the education of QRM Practitioners.
