About Lätzsch Trombone Festival

4th Edition: 11 - 16 December 2018

The Lätzsch Trombone Festival is specifically aimed at advanced Tenor and Bass trombone players who wish to improve and polish their preparation for conservatory or orchestra audition. In other words, the entire festival will be aimed at 'AUDITION'​.

During 5 days the students will be in the capable hands of professional trombone players and a mental coach who will train them in the necessary skills needed to win an audition. The festival will culminate in a concert on Sunday afternoon by all participating trombonists where the winner of the 'AUDITION'​, also taking into consideration the progress made during lessons and practice, will be announced. First price of the Festival 2018: New Lätzsch Trombone. Second Price of the Festival 2018: Project week with ‘The Netherlands Symphony Orchestra’
