Lathouwers Consultancy is a consultancy firm, specializing in leadership and organization development, and change management. Lathouwers Consultancy was founded in 1998 by Dorien Lathouwers, an organizational psychologist with a keen business sense. Dorien is curious and examining. Finding the spark and passing it on, is her drive. She puts that in practice by consulting with clients, teaching at universities, publishing management books and theater plays. At Lathouwers Consultancy we are slightly different than others: with charming straightforwardness and common sense, we always aim at realizing what's really aspired.
