Training and nutrition are a perfect reflection of real life. You learn to deal with disappointments and setbacks, but of course also good and inspiring moments. Failure therefore is essential for progression both inside and outside the gym. In addition, self-confidence is one of the most important tools that you have and also something we want you to train.
