11 years old I started my career as a sailing instructor and in the past 35 years I trained and coached thousands of people. I am still a sailor and therefor I use sailing as a metaphor in my mentoring and training. 30 years ago I learned the power of yoga and in my coaching I work with the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: The eight limbs of yoga offer guidance on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life.
