About Lab of Growth

We created the first Course in the world to tackle the everyday struggles of Work-Life Balance. From Balancing Work & Private Life, to Creating the Best Working Conditions and the Best Ways to Clarify Your Borders, the Course follows the learning-in-pills format for long-lasting results. We also support award-winning charities in the UK, USA, Italy and India, contributing to causes such as: children mental health awareness, suicide prevention, financial support to unemployed entertainment workers, and sustainable schools construction in Africa. Matteo Franco is our Founder & CEO. Actor originally from Rome, after a degree in BSc Business Studies at the well-known Cass Business School, he trained as an actor at the prestigious RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts) and ArtsEd in London. Devoted to raising the awareness of mental health, Matteo is also a YACEP Certified Breath Coach, and a student of The Science of Well-Being at Yale University, USA.
