About La Red

Networks exist both on a personal level and on an organizational level. Social and organizational network analysis (SNA and ONA) are used to map and measure networks and provide valuable insights in the structure of those networks, the flow of information and the type of relationships within a network. This is the starting point for a networking strategy through which people and organizations can achieve their goals using network engineering and network weaving: - innovation - knowledge management - effective collaboration - synergistic mergers and acquisitions - finding new and maintaining existing customer relationships - finding new staff, laying off staff - finding a new job

Implementing networking strategies means that we help management and professionals in mapping out their own networks and engineer those networks. In addition we also enhance their personal networking skills to make sure that they are able to build and maintain sustainable relationships. In every day's life, but also by signing up for network memberships, visiting networking meetings as well as via virtual platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
