The culinary studio La Cucina di Georgia has been offering cooking courses since 2008. Each lesson begins by studying the ingredients and recipes, then students participate in hands-on preparation of an authentic four- or five-course meal. The 5 lessons courses focus on traditional recipes with an emphasis on regional product and seasonal recipes. The 1les workshops can offer a view on the differt aspect of the Italian culinary culture and customers can decide together with chef Georgia the menu' of their own dinner. La Cucina di Georgia offers since 2009 also catering and chef at home service and an excellent range of delicacies and wines directly imported from all Italian regions
