About L AND D Support International

Inspired by the desire to help people reach their potential L&D Support began by creating assessments to determine the learning and development needs of individuals. Initially using paper assessments and personal coaching as the main delivery method. For over 25 years we have innovated and used technology to expand our impact on the lives of more people. We have grown from servicing primarily businesses to helping: - Organizations including businesses, government, education and not-for-profits - Governments, for example, in the administration of social programs by assessing people who are unemployed to be able to help them - Education institutions to find, guide and motivate students in studies and ultimately the pursuit of fulfilling careers Yet in all cases we stay true our vision to support and improve individual human beings. For we are continually energized by this vision - It is about people, their capabilities and possibilities.
