Kroeseinvest is a privately-owned real estate investment, development and management company based in Amsterdam. We acquire real estate assets and portfolios that offer significant potential for value creation through repositioning, redevelopment and active asset management.

We pursue opportunities across several property types including commercial, residential, mixed use as well as development projects.

Depending on the specific investments, we structure joint ventures for selected partners to (co-)invest along with Kroeseinvest.

We add value in all phases – from identification and acquisition of projects to financing, (re)development, strategic management and, ultimately, sale.
