About KreOs Leiderschap AND Ethiek

KreOs is a consultancy company that assists organizations and managers in high risk and high stake environments by means of advisement, training and coaching. Main focus is an organizational development and strategic advise: what to do when existing rules and procedures no longer suffice? And how to keep track on the ethical challenges that follow these situations? KreOs aims to provide tailor-made solutions for the specific needs of the client and dares to 'think out-of-the-box'​ in order to come with creative solutions for organizational problems and inspiring training sessions and workshops for teams and individuals.

Since 2010 KreOs carried out projects within various organizations (in the field of high-tech/IT business, industry and financial): leadership development, ethics at the workplace, groupdynamics and individual issues in crisis and conflict situations.
