Kotiq is an Estonian-based company developing cryptographic infrastructure for post-mortem digital asset transfer — across borders, without courts or custodians.

Our flagship system, Afterchain, is a jurisdiction-agnostic execution engine for automated digital inheritance. It enables the seamless transfer of crypto assets (including tokens, NFTs, and smart contract-bound rights) based on PKI-authenticated institutional death certificates, zk-SNARK-based privacy, and deterministic smart contract logic. No human executors, no probate — just verifiable, tamper-proof cryptographic execution.
