Koraal Consulting designs and facilitates encounters that are impactfull for all involved. The mission of Koraal Consulting is to contribute to and create effective, inspiring and engaging work relations and - environments in monocultural and multicultural contexts. We do so by: - designing and facilitating encounters with impact, be it on individual, team or organizational level - endlessly pass on and create new knowledge and experiences to others - facilitate organizations to co-create and design the future and respond to the needs of customers and society. We use individual coaching, relation-, team- and systems coaching and consulting, peer review group sessions, dialogue and (co-)creativity sessions, consulting and training programmes. Our working languages are Dutch, English, German and French. Koraal Consulting is a network organization. Micole Smits owns the organisation and realizes its mission together with Jessica Slijkhuis and Ursula Glunk at its core and many other network partners. Together with Zinstance, Koraal Consulting started the Master Too Master (M2M) Network in the Euregion for professional trainers, coaches and consultants.
