KOPOS is a hospitality brand studio focused on hotel identity as a living practice — not as a one-off project, but as something carried forward through every decision the hotel makes. We work alongside hotel leadership to bring clarity to who the brand is and how that clarity holds as the business grows, changes, and evolves. Our work sits between positioning and practice: shaping the foundation with leadership, then staying close as the brand is carried into hiring, design, partnerships, programming, and the hundred everyday decisions that quietly carry — or drift — identity over time. Our perspective is grounded in observation, not reaction. We pay attention to what's shifting in hospitality, how those shifts reshape guest expectations, and what they ask of hotel brands today. From there, we help leadership articulate a clear point of view and use it as a steady reference for decisions, experience, and growth. KOPOS is founder-led by Milda, with twenty years across hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, and the US — including engagements with Waldorf Astoria, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and the Curio and Tapestry Collections by Hilton. We work with a small number of hotels at a time. For hospitality leaders who value intention over noise, substance over surface, and identity that holds as context evolves.
