Klous + Brandjes BouwAdvies is based on the extensive experience of Klous + Brandjes Architecten. Klous + Brandjes BouwAdvies not only designs for third parties, but also details all Klous + Brandjes Architecten designs. Both businesses give their employees the space they need to innovate and develop themselves personally. Through personal coaching the qualities en competencies of our employees are strengthened. This helps everyone to bring out the best in themselves and develop their own special skills. The core team of Klous + Brandjes is complemented by a number of building modelers, mainly participants of the BIM Academy, that can help out when needed.

BIM SUPPORT: WHAT IS THE ADDED VALUE OF THE BIM PROCESS At Klous + Brandjes BouwAdvies we offer BIM support in several different areas. We as a BIM office provide protocols and structures and organize a ‘sharing environment’. A BIM platform with a well-organized document management, a central location where all files can be shared. Not all participants in a project are equally competent in the digital world of BIM. This is why Klous + Brandjes BIM Academy offers courses.

TECHCNICAL- AND FACILITY SUPPORT Besides the BIM-support Klous + Brandjes has more to offer concerning BIM-consultancy and management. Klous + Brandjes are experienced at coordinating a BIM process; the workflow can be set up by means of an external BIM-manager. What is expected of the BIM and the workflow will be recorded in a collaboration protocol, and the structure will be set up.
