Areas of expertise: - Project management - Project leadership - Change management - IT Infrastructure consultation/integrations - Migrations – business transformations - Outsourcing - PMO - Recovery of troubled projects For all project services I follow either Prince2 methodology and/or PMbok’s standards (PMI). Prince2 is a methodology. PMI is a standard. I would say both compliment each other. Scrum is a framework. I do use scrum as well, but feel for larger projects PMI/Prince2 if offering more control.
