About Kindermuseum Amsterdam

We believe happy and confident children are children that are able to responsibly learn, play and explore. Kindermuseum Amsterdam creates an environment where both children and parents feel comfortable and safe, so they become returning visitors. In Kindermuseum Amsterdam children become aware of themselves, their environment and the world in which they grow up, through innovative programs with elements from the past, present and future. We provide a place where children are able to meet with other children, (grand)parents and caregivers, but where also parents can meet each other and explore and relax together. We facilitate programs and activities aimed for groups. Kindermuseum Amsterdam offers: - expositions, suitable for children from 1 up to 11 years old, changed and upgraded throughout the year - a monkeytown to climb and tumble in a safe environment for children of all ages to loose energy and stimulate physical development - activities, birthday parties and workshops(music, dance, cooking, crafts, etc.) for (school)groups under supervision - a shop with original and practical presents and gadgets - Children's Museum café with a menu for the whole family
