KIMPACT - 26 years of experience in online communication and content.

KIMPACT helps brands, companies and individuals in realising and integrating their social media strategy. We excel in eye opening sessions after which even the most skeptical CEO will rush out to go online straight away. We assist in developing the right content and communication strategy and we teach the organization the right skills.

The one day we are sitting day down with the management staff to persuade them of their social opportunities with our kimpact. And the next we are meeting with the marketing/communication team to actually execute the digital plans. If it were up to us, marketing would be leading the way, but we need the whole company to be on board. Because your best brand ambassadors are your own employees.

Our business model is simple: we transfer our knowledge to the company as long as it takes for the customer to be able to do it themselves. Our working environment is Amsterdam, the USA and the Dutch Caribbean. Our drive is insatiable curiosity.

During and after an intense co-operation with KIMPACT: - social media will have earned an integrated position in the online marketing/communication strategy with a measurable ROI; terms such as online reputation, positioning and chances are clear to the company, just as the online presence of the target groups, ambassadors and influencers; - the marketing/communication manager has gained ample support from the management staff by translating the business goals to achievable online communication goals; - the marketing/communication team is familiar with the relevant online channels and they are able to convert the online target group to valuable relations using the right content, content strategy and content planning; - all employees know the digital roadmap of the company, are capable of using the right tools as brand ambassadors and know the online behavioral code.
