About Kersentuin.net
Een groep enthousiaste mensen heeft zich vanaf het begin beziggehouden met ontwikkeling van 94 duurzame woningen in het Utrechtse Leidsche Rijn. Het complex is een mix van eengezinswoningen, appartementen en woon-werkwoningen. Daarnaast zijn er gemeenschappelijke voorzieningen (buurthuis, klein kantoor) en is er aandacht voor thuiswerken en autodate. In dit verband is voor FTTH (Fiber To The Home) gekozen. De kersentuin was in 2003 de eerste particuliere opdrachtgever in Nederland voor de aanleg en exploitatie van FTTH.
