Our main reason for being is to shape more fulfilling and impactful professional relationships between companies and those who work with them. We serve as facilitators for talented freelancers and progressive companies who wish to work together on mutually beneficial basis.

We believe that the real keys to joy and happiness in the workplace is to shift the traditional employee/employer relationship. In doing so, a more equal and collaborative partnership can be achieved between those who provide services and those who enjoy them.
