Karlijn's Kitchen is a personal food and lifestyle blog. We write and share recipes for people who have the Irritable Bowel Syndrom (IBS) and follow the low FODMAP diet (a diet developed by Monash University to diminish IBS symptoms). The blog is also for people with other food intolerances, such as a gluten- or lactose-intolerance.

We believe that everybody should be able to enjoy eating and food intolerances shouldn't stop you from doing that. With the blog we help and inspire people to continue to cook, eat out and travel after they found out that they have limitations in the things that they can eat.

Karlijn's Kitchen currently gets 175.000 pageviews and 50.000 unique visitors a month with visitors mainly coming from the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Belgium.
