JSA Tax Consultancy provides M&A Tax support throughout the transaction from pre-deal tax evaluation through to completion and post deal support. We help you understand your M&A deals from a tax point of view and exploit its tax risks and potential.

We are focused and specialized in structuring and (vendor) tax due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, management buy-ins/outs and equity participations.

JSA provided tax support in more than 1.000 deals with transaction values between € 1 mio - € 1.000 mio, with a 'sweet spot' in the mid-market.
