JoE is - besides the Podcast - a 1:1 coaching practice for (aspiring) impact-driven female founders at a turning point.

We exist for the female founder who built something that matters and is now sensing something is shifting. Not a crisis, not burnout. Just a quiet awareness that the way she works no longer fits who she's becoming.

Our mechanism is the 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗸™: a 60-day guided journey held as 8 weekly 1:1 Clarity Calls. Not coaching, not therapy and not a quick-fix deep dive.

A protected container where what's already shifting has the time and space to become clear before any redesign! We flip the common wisdom. Most founders at a turning point are told to do more: more strategy, more planning, more intensity.
