About Journey ADHD Coaching

At Journey ADHD Coaching, I work with adults who experience ADHD-related challenges in their work, businesses, relationships, and daily lives. Many of my clients are capable, deeply caring people who feel overwhelmed or stuck despite trying hard to make things work using strategies that don’t fully fit how they function.

My work focuses on helping clients understand how their ADHD shows up uniquely for them and on building practical, brain-aligned strategies that support sustainable change. Rather than offering generic advice or rigid systems, I partner with clients to develop approaches that are realistic, flexible, and grounded in their real lives.

ADHD is not a lack of effort or motivation. It is a difference in how the brain processes information, manages attention, and initiates action. When strategies are built from understanding rather than self-criticism, they are far more likely to stick.

My coaching supports clients in areas such as: • reducing overwhelm and cognitive load • improving follow-through and consistency • managing time, tasks, and competing priorities • building self-trust and confidence in their own systems

I work with professionals, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and parents who are balancing multiple responsibilities and want support that is both compassionate and practical.

Coaching is offered via video conferencing, and I serve clients worldwide.
