JL Executive Search, located in Amsterdam, is my Executive Search boutique that focuses on selecting and placing professionals in areas such as Private Equity and their portfolio companies, Investment Banking, and Corporate Development.

Personally, I hold double MSc degrees and have an extensive background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Executive Search, positioning me excellently for finding and making the right match. With JL Executive Search, I not only look at qualifications on paper but also specifically at the unique personalities and ambitions that a candidate brings.
