Jesse Hofhuis – Advocaat is an independent law firm which I established in June 2009. I am specialised in Intellectual Property Law (trademarks, copyrights, trade names and design rights), unlawful media publications (including internet), contract law and advertisement law. As a lawyer, I have been involved in numerous and diverse court cases within my areas of specialization – ranging from highly expedited press disputes in interlocutory proceedings to extensive trademark cases before the European Court of Justice in Luxemburg. I also have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, such as license and distribution agreements and cooperation contracts.
