Jarl Hector is a Yoga and meditation teacher from the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. His deep-rooted interest in Yoga took him all over India; all the way from Rishikesh in the far North to Mysore in the South-West.

A class with Jarl will allow you to focus on building internal heath and strengthening your muscles while keeping your mind in a meditative state. Simultaneously you will smoothly transition from pose to pose while linking your breath with your movements. This helps build physical strength, stamina, and flexibility. The meditative qualities of his classes benefit mental wellbeing and help bring about a state of equanimity and peace, on ánd off the mat.
