About Jardin Amsterdam

Jardin is for people who love the city and nature. Situated only steps away from the city center of Amsterdam, but on the beach, near the water and surrounded by green.

Jardin is a sustainable MO-project on Centrumeiland in the area IJburg Amsterdam. A group of like-minded future neighbours developed Jardin, powered by proces supervisor Crowdbuilding and developer Lokhorst.

They turned it into a climate neutral, green and social home for 40 households, that are going to live together in a spacious building with a modern courtyard. This big collective garden is the green heart of the project.
