Jan de Waal Fruit and Vegetable Transport BV is an independent transport company for all your national and international transports. We specialise in transporting (both complete and groupage) of fruit/vegetables and flowers/plants. We started in 1989 as an owner driver with only one truck but we have developed into a versatile transport company by now, with 22 owned trucks. In order to be of service to our clients, we use about 40 'regular'​ owner drivers in addition to our own trucks. From our office in Bleiswijk we provide daily transports to and from various auctions and growers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Additionally, we transport produce for various clients to e.g. Germany, France, and England. Scandinavia office of Transport De Waal BV (ST de Waal) provides all your transports to Finland and Norway. Every day, a minimum of five of our refrigeration and freezer trucks drive to Scandinavia; we are able to transport various different temperatures because we use so-called 'double evaporators'​.
