Jaatinen B.V. is specialized in helping organizations in reaching sustainable change by combining the behavior side of Lean Leadership and Change Management (Soft skills) together with Lean Six Sigma content (Hard skills). We train and coach organizations to become self supporting in all these aspects. Jaatinen B.V. provides in-company and open trainings and workshops in Lean, Lean 6 Sigma, Lean Leadership and Change Management. We provide our services in Dutch, English and Finnish.

Our strength is the broad experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma covering assignments in implementing Lean on the shop floor in small organizations as well as full scale world wide Lean 6 Sigma implementations with Design for Six Sigma in various businesses (industry, healthcare, telecom, public sector).
