At IT'S UP TO YOU, we develop lifelike simulation-based learning programs for soft skill training and behavioral change. In tailored interactive simulations, participants freely experiment with (workplace) scenarios in a safe and controlled environment. Through structured reflection and commitment, they then turn insights into meaningful, lasting behavioral change.
