About ITcareersholland

ITcareersholland helps companies in the Netherlands to find a suitable Software, Data(analytics) IT talent for the open vacancy. We facilitate the European IT talent during the job application process to find a job in the Netherlands.

ITcareersholland is founded in 2019 but the idea has started a decade before. The Founder lived for a time in Milan in 2009. He discovered that many IT students wanted to work in the Netherlands.

After a long journey of studies, several jobs and living in Italy, the right time to think more explicit about entrepreneurship arrived.

Since 2018 detailed plans are conducted to understand the opportunities for an IT Recruitment Startup in a professional way.

In April 2019 Madou Bochem decided, in cooperation with the HAN University to participate in the project Gelderland Valoriseert. The voucher was granted after pitching the innovative plan for an international recruitment agency.

Six months later the start of ITcareersholland was a fact.
