About iTactics

iTactics is specialized in building effective IT organizations for large and medium sized organisations. iTactics helps clients with tools, processes and software that let people collaborate during the preparation and execution of IT projects. We aim for collaboration between all groups and people involved: the customer, the steering group, the project manager and the project team. Everyone can share with each other what they really think, what they think is important, what can and cannot be achieved, and what is still unclear. This results in achievable plans with realistic expectations and well defined tasks resulting in less stress, no surprises and results meeting expectations. What is different in our approach? We focus on transparency, understanding what is unclear or uncertain, where the bottlenecks are. Making management easy and collaboration natural.
